How it works (short version)

  1. Check: share scans; we confirm steps for your country/purpose.
  2. Notary: preparation & notarisation (where applicable).
  3. SDM: attestation by Sub-Divisional Magistrate (if required).
  4. MEA: apostille/attestation for final acceptance.
  5. Return: tracked delivery back to you.

Courier & safe handling

We use trusted logistics partners for pickups and returns, including The Professional Couriers, Blue Dart, ST Courier, and DTDC. Originals are packed securely and tracked; scans are printed only when needed and disposed of safely.

What to prepare

  • Clear PDF/PNG/JPG scans (front & back if applicable).
  • A government ID for verification.
  • Any country-specific supporting docs (transcripts, affidavits, translations).

Fees & refunds

  • Quotes list our service fees; government/office/courier costs may be separate.
  • Refunds follow our :
    • No refund once Notary has started (handover/queue confirmed).
    • Before Notary start: typically 75% of service fee refunded (25% admin retained); courier/third-party costs deducted if used.
