An MEA apostille makes your Indian degree certificate valid in Hague Convention countries.
VerifiedApostille selects the correct path based on your State/university and the recipient’s checklist.

Regular Apostille vs e-Apostille (QR) & e-Sanad

Both apostille types are physically stamped on your degree — the e-Apostille (QR) additionally includes a QR code and unique ID you can verify online. See: .

  • e-Sanad: official digital pipeline for participating universities/boards, used to issue the e-Apostille (QR) where available.

Documents Required

  • Degree certificate (final; provisional only if accepted)
  • Marksheet(s) or consolidated (if requested)
  • Passport (first/last page)
  • University/Board verification or e-Sanad details (if State requires)
  • Notarized copy for copy/e-Apostille path (when permitted)

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Eligibility check — share scans; we confirm SDM vs HRD/e-Sanad and Regular vs e-Apostille (QR).
  2. Pickup/courier & verification — we pre-check names, roll/USN, dates to avoid rejections.
  3. Notary (if needed)SDM (Delhi) or State HRD/Education (or e-Sanad).
  4. MEA Apostille — Regular Apostille or e-Apostille (QR).
  5. Digital share — scan/e-Apostille PDF + verification link.
  6. Secure return — tracked, insured delivery of originals.

Timelines

  • SDM route: generally ~2–3 working days once in process.
  • HRD/e-Sanad: varies by State/university queues; we’ll confirm your firm ETA after review.

Original vs Copy

  • If the recipient requires in-person/physical verification with no online check, choose the Regular Apostille on the original degree.
  • If e-Apostille is accepted, a notarized copy avoids sending the original.
  • Always follow the recipient’s written requirement.

Special Cases

  • Provisional degree: use only if accepted or final is pending.
  • Old/faded degree: request a fresh university reprint before apostille.
  • Name change/mismatch: we’ll suggest affidavit, Gazette, or university correction (fastest compliant path).
  • Applying from abroad: parents/guardians can submit with ID and authorization.

Delivery & Tracking

We pick up your degree from your doorstep anywhere in India, and once MEA (or HRD, if that route applies) completes processing, it’s couriered back — to you, or straight to the university/employer abroad if that’s easier. Every shipment travels in tamper-proof packaging with a live tracking ID, and we message you on WhatsApp/email at each handoff so you’re never guessing where it is.

How to Start

Share scans of your degree (add marksheets too, if the recipient’s checklist calls for them) and tell us where it’s headed. We’ll check your university/board against SDM, HRD, and e-Sanad eligibility, then send back one route, one all-inclusive price, and a real ETA. Approve it and we take care of pickup, processing, and secure worldwide courier — with progress updates the whole way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do degree certificates require HRD or is SDM enough?

Many recipients prefer HRD/Education Department for degrees; some accept SDM. We follow the destination’s written checklist and your State rules, then confirm the shortest compliant route.

Do I need to send the original degree certificate?

Not always. The Regular Apostille often requires the original. If your recipient accepts, e-Apostille (QR) on a notarized copy keeps your original safe.

Is e-Sanad available for my university?

If your university/board supports e-Sanad, we’ll prefer that digital route. Some institutions add genuineness/verification fees; timelines vary.

Provisional vs final degree—what should I apostille?

Most destinations prefer the final degree. Use provisional only when explicitly accepted or if the final is pending.

How long will a degree apostille take?

SDM: ~2–3 working days once in process. HRD/e-Sanad depends on State/university verification and can take longer; we share a firm ETA after review.

What does it cost?

In India, our SDM bundle for many degree cases is ₹1,250 per document — includes Notary + SDM (Delhi) attestation + MEA apostille + return delivery (India). For international/NRI clients, the flat $30 rate covers MEA apostille handling fee only. Notary, SDM (Delhi) attestation, and delivery are quoted separately for international orders. If HRD/e-Sanad is required, we quote it separately after verifying your route. Prices current as of 2026-08-26. All prices shown are inclusive of GST.

Can you deliver abroad?

Yes — we ship worldwide via DHL, Blue Dart, or other standard couriers with tracking and insurance.

What if my university has closed or merged?

We can still usually process it. Most States have a process for verifying degrees from closed or merged institutions through the relevant State Education Department or the successor university's records office — it adds a verification step, so timelines are less predictable, but it doesn't rule out apostille.
