Need to submit marksheets abroad? An MEA apostille makes Indian educational documents valid in Hague Convention countries.
VerifiedApostille selects the correct path based on your State/university and the recipient’s checklist.
Regular Apostille vs e-Apostille (QR) & e-Sanad
Both apostille types are physically stamped on your marksheet — the e-Apostille (QR) additionally includes a QR code and unique ID you can verify online. See: How e-Apostille (QR) and e-Sanad verification work.
- e-Sanad: official digital pipeline for supported Boards/Universities, used to issue the e-Apostille (QR) where available.
For non-Hague destinations, we continue the chain to Embassy/Consulate attestation after MEA.

Original vs Copy — Quick Guidance
- If in-person verification with no online check is required → the Regular Apostille on the original.
- If digital verification is accepted → e-Apostille (QR) on a notarized copy saves time and keeps originals free.
- Always follow the recipient’s written requirement.

Delivery & Tracking
Multiple marksheets travel as one shipment: we pick them up together from your address in India, keep them in one tamper-proof package through processing, and courier the full set back with a single tracking ID — to you or directly to the evaluating university abroad. WhatsApp/email updates confirm each stage along the way.
How to Start
Send scans of your marksheet(s) — plus the degree or provisional certificate if your recipient’s checklist asks for it — and we’ll confirm the exact set needed, the right route (SDM, HRD, or e-Sanad), and an all-inclusive price with a real ETA. Once you’re ready, schedule pickup or courier and we’ll handle the rest, with tracking updates until your apostilled documents land wherever they need to go.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do marksheets need HRD or is SDM enough?
Many destinations prefer HRD/Education for higher-education docs; some accept SDM. We follow the recipient’s written checklist and your State’s policy to choose the shortest compliant route.
Do I have to send original marksheets?
The Regular Apostille often requires originals. If your recipient allows, e-Apostille (QR) on notarized copies can work and keeps your originals safe.
Is e-Sanad available for my university/board?
If your Board/University is on e-Sanad, we prefer that digital route. Some institutions add genuineness/verification fees; timelines vary.
Which sheets should I apostille—semester-wise or consolidated?
Follow the receiving authority’s list. Many ask for degree + consolidated (or final semester). We’ll confirm the minimum valid set after review.
How long will it take?
SDM: ~2–3 working days once in process. HRD/e-Sanad depends on State/university verification and can take longer. We confirm a firm ETA upfront.
What does it cost?
In India, our SDM bundle for many marksheet cases is ₹1,250 per document — includes Notary + SDM (Delhi) attestation + MEA apostille + return delivery (India). For international/NRI clients, the flat $30 rate covers MEA apostille handling fee only. Notary, SDM (Delhi) attestation, and delivery are quoted separately for international orders. If HRD/e-Sanad is required, we quote it separately after verifying your route. Prices current as of 2026-08-26. All prices shown are inclusive of GST.
Can you deliver abroad?
Yes — we ship worldwide via DHL, Blue Dart, or other standard couriers with tracking and insurance.
Lost or damaged marksheet—can I use a duplicate?
Yes, if it’s officially reissued by your Board/University. We’ll advise if a fresh reprint is recommended before apostille.
