Overview
Pickup and delivery is an optional add-on service on top of your apostille/attestation. If you prefer to courier your documents to us yourself and arrange your own return pickup, you’re free to do so — this add-on is for clients who’d rather have us coordinate the courier end-to-end.

- Handled through our courier partner network — Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and India Post, depending on route and location.

Delivery fees are separate from apostille/attestation fees and are quoted based on your pickup and delivery pincode/country. You’ll see the delivery charge as a line item before you confirm.
How Pickup Works
We are a signed official partner for document handling with Blue Dart for India, so it’s our primary route for domestic pickup and return.
- We generate your shipper copy — it carries the AWB number, sender details, and delivery address.
- You print this shipper copy and attach it to the courier package.
- Depending on the local Blue Dart service centre’s availability or their own terms, doorstep pickup may not always be offered for your pincode. In that case, you’ll need to drop the package at the nearest courier counter yourself using the same shipper copy.
- Either way — pickup or counter drop-off — the shipment is booked and tracked under the same AWB.
Return Delivery
- Blue Dart remains our primary courier for returning your apostilled documents within India.
- If Blue Dart doesn’t service your location, we try alternatives — DTDC, Delhivery, or India Post — based on what’s available and your preference.
- You’ll get tracking details as soon as the shipment is booked.
International Delivery
For deliveries outside India, we route through multiple global courier partners depending on urgency, cost, and destination:
- DHL — our primary route for mission-critical/time-sensitive cases.
- FedEx — our second preferred option.
- UPS — third option.
- India Post — available on request, at a much lower cost, but with standard (non-expedited) service; typical transit is 2-3 weeks depending on destination.
International pricing varies by destination country and courier selected — we’ll share the applicable rate before booking. Return delivery included above covers India only. International delivery is available on request, quoted separately based on the courier you choose (DHL, UPS, FedEx, India Post, etc.).
